The Talent Generator® 360 Feedback Report captures the ratings from an individual’s supervisor, peers, and employees.
The unique thing about this report is that it is flexible enough to capture the ratings the individual desires. So, whether an individual just wants the rating from their supervisor or a full blown 360, the individual can decide who and how many people they want to evaluate them. Best of all, the individual can decide what they want to be evaluated on by selecting from a wide range of competency models already created by Talent Generator® or by using their own competency model.
This 360 feedback is designed to provide a complete picture of the perceptions of those individuals who are most familiar with the individual’s performance in areas valued most by the organization.
To provide further insights, this report also highlights the blind strengths and weaknesses of the individual. Additionally, personalized comments from the assessors are included in the report to help quantify their ratings further.
